Replacement, Refund/Cancellation & Return policy
- All orders are placed by customers after considering the specifications available on the website.
- We only provide one-time size/colour replacement to the customers in clothing category in that shipping will be paid by the customer.
- In other product categories only replacement will be done against any manufacturing defect on free of cost.
- For all the replacements drop us a mail at [email protected] or Call us at +91 6377310714 and we will arrange for the replacement. If that product is not available with us then in 3-4 working days amount will be refunded.
- We take the responsibility of our mistakes like wrong size shipped, for this mail us at [email protected] or Call us at +91 6377310714 and we will arrange for the replacement at the earliest.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with their original packaging. Eligible items should reach us within 10 days from the date you originally received it.
- Original tags. Packing box must not be removed from the product otherwise return will not be accepted.
- Refund (In case of manufacturing defect or Item not available with us) will be initiated after receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
- Refund amount will be credited in 7 working days after receiving the returned item.
